Her work focuses more on emotional, social and physical issues that arise from typical life stresses or more serious issues associated with school, work or family settings.

From a young age, the dynamic nature of human beings has intrigued Dr Arndt. The "why" of behaviour fascinated her and she wanted to learn how individuals make decisions and what leads to people thriving.

Her passion is being able to see individuals accomplish things they once believed impossible.

She views the counselling relationship as a partnership where two people work towards an agreed upon goal. Believing that people already have the strengths and gifts to navigate challenges in life but may just need someone to walk with them on their journey to self-discovery and growth.
